Jayne's Zumba® Fitness classes combine Latin and World rhythms
with easy to follow low-impact dance moves.  My classes are geared toward
Baby Boomers, beginners, de-conditioned, seniors as well as those with
physical limitations.

No dance experience necessary; everyone is encouraged to move at their own
level.  The simple move combinations and rhythms create a "feel happy"
workout.
Wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and BRING WATER!
Special Needs classes are designed for teens to adults with special needs.  Each participant can bring a buddy (family
member or aide) at no additional charge for programs with no staff members and EVERYONE is encouraged to participate!  These
classes offer a modified version of a ZUMBA® Fitness class with simplified choreography and movements. Wheelchair participants
welcome.
See sample video below!

Classes currently held at private facilities such as Crossroads School for Children in Natick, Learning Center for the Deaf in Framingham and
Advocates, Inc. in Ashland.  Additional classes held through local Park & Rec's such as Natick and Sudbury.
Chair classes are geared
toward those with physical
limitations and seniors who would
benefit most with a seated class.

Chair classes are currently held at these
private Assisted Living facilities:

Orchard Hill, Sudbury
Golden Pond, Hopkinton

Spring classes are winding down and
there will only be a few summer classes
continuing while I take a break and
re-group for the Fall.

New classes for the Fall!
Do you have an idea for a Fall class or
know of a great space to hold classes in
the Fall?  Let me know or let your local
facility or Park & Rec know so we can put
something together!
